New Alebtong, Uganda, 2009
A friend of mine works at a gallery in New York. In speaking with her about my upcoming exhibition, she said that one of the wonderful aspects about working with a gallery is having your work be re-discovered through their eyes. She couldn’t be more right.
I’ve added a few photographs to my Alebtong, Uganda series after this discovery and you can view them here.

Hi David,
I came across your work on Flak photo and on Conscientious a while ago and can’t wait to see the Alebtong series at the Anastasia gallery this February. Congratulations on the show and on being one of Jorg’s portfolio contest winners. I think the series is great, and I really enjoy your blog too. Your post about the cottage and preparation for the trip to Africa was especially inspiring.
